Hey guys, I'm calling on the forum for help again lol. I'm adjusting the valves on my Rancher and I need to remove these two things. I can get the cover off of the grey one, but I'm not sure how to safely pull the connector out (do i just need to pull hard??). I also need to know how to remove the hose with the orange piece in it. Pic attached.

The orange one is a pressurized fuel line with a pinch connector.
and I can't tell what your describing as the grey one unless you mean at the fuel pump which is just a four prong connector.
