I went to bleed the front brakes and when I open the bleed screws, fluid flows out.
If the front brake system is sealed up, should brake fluid run out via gravity of do I have a leak in the system somewhere or is the master cylinder bad?

I'm well aware of how to bleed brakes I just didn't expect fluid to come out unit I squeezed the handle.

If it has a good amount of fluid in the system and you open the bleeders it will pour out. I would let it gravity bleed for a min untill the new fluid was visible and the pump bleed them after that.

Welcome... I would agree with tomgodd have it replace with a fresh fluids but it think there there aren't any leak on your system.
