I have a code 25 on my 2005 Rancher. Does anyone know what it is?

Well I followed all the directions for the codes and setup routine and I'm still having the same problem. I did have one problem though. When I depress both shift buttons and turn on the key I do not get the "--" like I'm supposed to. It continually shows N. I have tried at least 25 times and get the same thing. Now I'm thinking I may have a computer problem. Any suggestions?

If "N" stays on the screen The retrieval process was not correctly entered.
