I have a 05 Rancher es 350 and I have a problem that I just cant figure out. First of all the bike ran just fine a Month or so ago but has sat for a while. The bike started up and ran for 3-5 min on Saturday but when I got t0 the top of my hill it died. It would not restart. I let it sit for an hour and tried to restart it. It ran for 5 seconds and died. I thought it may not be getting gas so I pulled the fuel line-plenty of gas, I opened the drain valve on the carb and this is what I cant figure out. No gas drains out when I have the gas on and the drain screw open- plenty of gas in the tank. I tried fresh gas with seafoam mixed in but the engine just cranks. Also there is a round knob on the side of the carb that looks like the choke knoit the is spring loaded to be in the out position but can be predded in, any clue what this knob is for? Thanks for any information.

Not positive but it sounds like you may need to disassemble and clean your carb!

Your float is stuck.Try tapping on the bowl of the carb.If it doesn't free up you will need to clean the carb
