An increase in piston size will increase your CC's some... your rubicon has a 92mm piston bore and 75mm of stroke giving you 499 CCs if you were to increase your piston to a 95mm you would be sitting close to 532CCs
to figure your CCs you have to convert MM to CM which is easy just move the decimal left one space. example.... 92mm = 9.2CM
using this equasion
Bore X Bore X Stroke X .7854 sooooo 9.5 X 9.5 X 7.5 X .7854 = 531.617625 or 532CCs I hope this helps out. As far as the head gasket oversizing I'm guess it's for possily boring or re-sleeving issues or minor imperfections?

When putting in a 95MM piston in place of the 92MM can you use original head gasket or do you have to put in a oversized one?
