Front or rear?

420 Disc brakes will go right on at the ball joints. I wouldn't fool with drums. They aren't worth the effort.

420 brakes are all Honda. Be a lot easier to find replacement parts in the future. About the same cost if you can get a decent price on the 420 brakes once you figure in bearings, ball joints, and pads.
