ok i asked if i need to bore my bike to put a stage 2 cam but ill go with just high comp piston and stage 1 cam but my bros gettin a stage 2 can for his trx450r would he need to get a high comp piston and valve springs and stuff

No, the 450R's motor can handle the stage 2.

k so a stage 1 hot cam would put alot of power to my 300ex i have power on my 300ex i can take off in 5th gear with out it bogging out but my gears are short i need to upgrade the sprockets

If you are having any bogging issues, that is jetting. You should be able to pucnh the gas at any RPM level with no hesitation or bog.

Yes, the stage 1 will increase your mid to top end power. You will have to add lots of fuel. make sure you rejet properly.

also try a Stage one cdi box it adds a nother 1000 rpm to ur revs
if ur going throw the gears to fast
