i have a 2004 rancher 400 and have 3 lights flashing at me. for one the speedometer just says 0 all the time and and the 4x4 indicator flashes once and a while.it blinkes twice and then goes out and does it again in about 5 seconds. and for third my esp just showed -- so i stopped the bike shut it down and then started it back up. it was fine then but then i notices that the 4x4 and speedometer wasn't working. any suggestions cause i need them quick. asap

Welcome to the forums. I don't know much about the Rancher 400, but I would imagine the lights blinking are codes. A repair manual should tell you what the codes are.

Welcome should you diagnose the error codes first then try to trace the problematic part, by the way reset the unit after repairing it.
