Ok so far I've got an epi performance clutch kit, power commander 5 programmer with autotune attachment on the way. I'm putting in an 18% secondary gear reduction and a stock cylinder and piston off a foreman 500 in the next day or 2 along with doing a valve adjustment. I'm holding off on exhaust mainly because I don't like the loudness of aftermarket (and I understand it's mainly do to more airflow) the foreman and rancher have the same muffler anyways I believe. Does anyone have any advice as far as tuning this thing. Or a good AFR to start with? Also does anyone know if I need or should upgrade the cam? And any suggestions?
