Find out what they are. If they're 6 ply tires with decent tread, $150 might not be bad. If they're worn much at all or 2 ply, I would pass.
You can get 6 ply brand new tires on ebay for $227 shipped. Haven't run them but at that price I've thought about trying a set. They would have to be better than stock take offs though.
