I was have problems with my 2014 honda recon 250 es electronic shift not working. I read in a forum to just unplug the computer and plug it back up. When I tried to this 5 wires pulled out the harness. Can anyone help me with a picture or a link so I can put them back in the correct places.

agree with above, but will also tell you,. odds are pulling the plug out and plugging back in would NOT have solved your problems
you now have new issue's
but once fixed, you need to read up on E Shift problems, do a search here there is a sticky about E shift issues and problem solving them

Assuming the wires are coloured individually it would be just as easy to look at the other side of the plug still attached to the harness.
Alternatively you will find a service manual under manual sub section on this forum.

Sam , I would think if he pulled the plug on the controller , it didn't have another side the plug to match colors to , hope he didn't damage the terminals and they stay in place after figuring where they go ---- you got to love ES

Those ECM connectors on all of the newer bikes are very chintzy. Honda products are made the same as all the other corps crap nowadays. Everything you touch potentially victimizes you, because it was designed to victimize you. Wonderful company, wonderful products, ehh..?
