I have heard that it is possible to put 400ex plastics on a 300ex ( anything is possible if you screw w/ it long enough) but if anyone has done it or knows how to could you give me a run through....tired of my plastics

You could get the new 300 ex plastic which would be alot easier than making 400ex plastic work on a 300ex.
The new 300ex plastic is designed /inspired from the 450R. Its nice!

Would be a lot easier to put plastic that is designed to fit your quad rather than try to make some for another fit.

Anything can be done. But with the time involved it would hardly be worth it.
I just sold my 300ex and bought a 400ex I cant see it being done and haveing it look good.

Yeah there was a guy on here who did it and it looked pretty sharp he had to make a bracket to hold the front up was all. it looked good IMO, but the 07 and up plastics for the 250EX 300EX 400EX and 450R all looked the same check GDH Racing on Ebay Stores they will have what your looking for.

Yeah, I thought it looked good, too, but I can't remember who it was.

I have seen it around aswell but am not sure who it maybe aswell. I beleive he had a pic of it as his avatar.

I've figured it out and the mod. is simple! Had a good deal on some 400 plastics...i also have heard it could be done as well so i looked around and found a few that has done it....looks sharp and the mod. only takes about 15 min.'s using existing bracket.
