Hello, I have a 1986 trx350. My one way starter bearing failed. So when I pulled off the left side crankcase cover, the shifter shaft came all the way out. I slipped it back in without resistance. I've spent hours looking over threads here. I found one where Shadetree said if that happens you will have to remove the right side cover to fix what has fallen off. I can't find that thread again. My questions are: Is there a chance I got the shaft back in without anything falling off the right side? What exactly would I be putting back on. I'm in Nome Alaska and need the machine to move snow. I got her running great this summer, but with the first snow the starter bearing hatched. Sitting here aching from pushing snow, with the machine apart, waiting on parts from ebay. Any help or insight would be much appreciated. Thanks
