Hey folks - long time listener, first time caller.
History, I am almost certain (but not 100%) that this problem was in place a year or so ago, and thats why I ordered a new carb. Anyways - the new carb is on, and I keep running into this problem (my son's wheeler). It will be good for a little bit (sometimes days at a time) then boom - here's the pattern:
He starts it, it idles decent once choke is off, idling pretty slow, sometimes will stall. If I adjust the idle screw at all to help with that stalling, that works for about 5 minutes but eventually ends up with it idling waaayyyy too fast and him having to stay on the brakes to control it. So, its either too low to stay idling once warm or its super fast. I'm not finding any inbetween.
Again, new carb. Could this be in the throttle cable? Any low hanging fruit I should check.
Thanks so much you all.
Matthew
