Going to be doing some work at my cousin's place, these three machines are sitting on her property oh, she says there's more but I don't know if the other ones are locked in buildings or not. They are destined to go to the local recycling center. I know nothing about older machines, and whether or not these are of any value to anyone. I do know that it is a long Trek up here to Montana but could probably get them for little or nothing or free. Will check to see if there are any others besides these three if so will post pictures. Yes sir, really sad to see machines like that abused so badly, I see Honda's just sitting next to houses, in fields, in storage units on trailers, some half covered with tarps that are barely worth using, don't get it. More than likely these will end up on the junk Pile or at the landfill. I have no knowledge, room, or desire to even think about any sort of restoration. Motors and trannys might be okay, I Can about guarantee they weren't swamped or sunk. who knows if someone had the gumption and right touch, they might could do something with them.

There's nobody around here I don't think that would buy them, too old. This area has gotten too big for it's britches. A lot of out of staters moving in here, not cool to own something old. Fully restored and retro yes, old and a work in progress, no. Don't know what she'll do with them. Moe than likley the
Junk pile.

I too think there is value in them if your willing to part them out, have time and a place to keep them till things sell
lots of parts there, that maybe won't sell in your area, but would sell in many other places., so would all come down to your will to work sales and ship parts

if possible, maybe some of them have miles and hour meters, to tell use better, as cosmetically, many things can look a lot worse than insides of many parts do!(motors, trans, rear ends,, and such as said above)
a lot of these older honda 's are still loved and valued by many today!

I talked to a salvage guy when i was looking for my first Chili Pepper 86-89, now 93 TRX350 and he said a salvaged quad would part out well.
I would not part out that trx250 !. its just as good as the trx300's were !. they are fast, work hard when takin care of, very good solid atv. if I was closer to him ?, i'd take that trx250 in a heart beat !.

I have put quite a few TRX250 Fourtrax in the grave , they are a solid , reliable atvs , about the only bad thing I would have to say about them is the turning radius isn't good and it ain't a 300 ------ if someone is into 300s , the 250 is a great part bike , the rear end , differential , cam and sprocket , head , jug , master cylinder and a few other parts can be used on a 300 with some parts being an upgrade , I would say it is worth an easy $300 in parts ---- the 350D , I would go up to $150 for the whole bike , yank the rear end and ask $150 for whats left to get your money back

you knowwwwwwww I dont fly ...ANYWHERE !..lol. second, I would drive there and back before I wasted cash on a u-haul !. here's a better idea, how about YOU fly there, rent a u-haul, and drive them back, swing by here on your way home, drop the trx-250 fourtrax off at my house, and then head on home with the the trx-350 ?..what ya say ?..lol.
