I have a 2016 honda rancher 420 I sunk it and it runs fine but that's not the problem I got all the water out then put the only oil I had in it which was synthetic car/truck 10w-30 motor oil, everybody is saying it will blow up if I run it with that oil, will it?

Engine will be fine but the clutch will be toast. The car oil has friction modifiers to help it be ultra slick. Go buy some rotella 15-w50 diesel oil at wally world if money is a problem

Look for oil that says JASO-MA approved for wet clutches. Valvoline makes an affordable 10w-40 atv oil.

if that oil is wet clutch approved you will, be fine on the oil, if NOT drain it before you cause an issue
and JUST so you know, DRAINING your oil after sinking an ATV< doesn't mean its FIXED
far too many have just done that and in a short while in need of motor work
dirt and crap that goes in with the water never really ALL comes out by just draining or even flushing the motor
your doing what is called gambling that it will hold up., by just draining and flushing a sunk motor!
Only one REAL way to do the job correctly, and thats split motor and CLEAN

I agree with mrbb, the unit will run, but residual silt, sand, etc., are likely causing havoc at a high rate, so I would consider my options now on next steps...
