Hey folks. I have a 98 300 Honda 4x4 with a 355 bbk , jet kit, EPI clutch, Webb cam , kibblewhites valve springs and supertrapp exhaust. I usually run Honda oil but last time shell rottella. Yesterday I bought Mobil 1 racing 4T advanced synthetic oil that is Jaso approved. Have you guys ever tried this and will synthetic screw up my clutches even thogh it’s jaso approved. It was 60 bucks for 3 litres lol. I bought valvoline atv utv oil at Napa for back up. Have you used valvoline atv oil? I’ve never run synthetic before and I’ve owned the bike 20 years. I was just thinking about winter and it’s -23 Celsius here as I type.

Here’s the oil
High quality oil for sure. But at - 23C (-9F) I know I would be reaching for a 0wXX or 5wXX though. That 10w40 is going to be thick at cold startup at those temps. Look in your owners manual and it will agree.
