Hey guys, finally got my new oil pump drive chain and clutch case gasket. I watched a few how to's on the removal and it doesn't seem too difficult. The only thing I couldn't figure out as all of the videos I watched already had the engine out of the bike is whether or not I can perform this job with the engine still installed? I'm just replacing the oil pump drive chain, not the timing chain (hopefully anyway). Is the chain and cover gasket all I need, or is there anything else I should have before starting the job?

The most important is a copy of the service manual pre-read and followed unless you've got a lot of experience. Its not a difficult job though. Take your time, follow the manual and ask questions if you get stuck. And have fun!
