I have a 06 trx300ex and it started leaking oil from the camshaft end cap. I was able to take it out and get a hold of a new one, but now my problem is installing it. Any suggestions on how to??

you will need to remove the rocker box, seal the end cap with yamabond or hondabond all the way around it, smear a light coat of yamabond or hondabond on the rocker box, bolt it back down, problem solved. DO NOT USE RTV SEALANT FOR ANY OF THIS SEALING !!!!!.

@Leija479, were you able to stop your oil leak? I have the same leak on my '95 TRX300A. Ordered the cap and a tube of Hondabond. Can you describe the process you used?
