Oil Changes & Capacities
Remember to run a thin layer of new oil on the new filter rubber seal before installing, prevents tearing and leaks on the garage floor. And don't play Superman when tightening the new filter, you'll hate yourself next oil change.
Call your local dealer, they are all running a "Winter Tune Up Special". My 2008 Rancher ES 420EFI got three (3) quarts of oil, filter, new drain plug screw and a spark plug for $25. They will tell you what you need.

I know this is an old thread, but for future reference, it holds 2.1 quarts with filter change just like jrowe said.
