Did my first oil change on my 420, wives no problem on mine shortly after oil change, the change oil light came on in display (10 km after new oil). Does anyone know if there is a procedure to reset the light after changing oil?

Press and hold hr/od/trip select button..........turn the ign switch to on for more than 2 seconds. The indicator will disappear.

lol..all the more reason i hate change !!!..i'm glad i got an old school bike..i dont need to hold/press/push any buttons to reset nothing..lmfao..after reading this..reminds me of when i change the oil in my 2000 silverado..you have to turn key on < not start >..and quickly press the gas petal down 3 times..wth !..yep..sureeeeee glad i got an old school bike!!..lmfao.

Thanks Pain, feel pretty stupid I looked in the index and read over how to do oil change in manual. Thanks for stating the procedure as apparently I can not read!!! Really appreciate the advice.

Just a quick update, fix problem and found on pg 21 under display section. On the gps models its the wp button you hold but thanks for the info as it was much easier to find with your help Pain.
