hello everyone i need a huge favor.i just bought a 1986 honda fortrax 200sx.
so i drained the oil just from the oil drain plug and only like 1/2 a quart came out.can someone please tell me how much i need to put back in thanks

im not sure how much it takes so put a quart in and check your dip stick[ i asume it has one] and just keep adding as it needs it. if you have an oil filter on it i would change that to. when you have your oil to a good level run your quad for a little to get it through the filter, let it sit so the oil settles and check the dip stick and add as needed, thats what i did on my 300ex but im not sure on how different my engine is compared to yours, but if im wrong someone on here will let you know

oh and make sure you use the right oil, i go with honda oil

Agree^^^^ don't use conventional motor oil GN4 honda oil is best
