You'll need to refer to the service manual in two different sections: Fuel system, which shows several photos and General Information, which shows hoses routing for the entire bike. There are many photos to be viewed so it isn't practical to attempt to post them all here... You can find a copy of the service manual in the manuals forums:

A warning: Unless your new carb is an OEM Honda part number, you probably have purchased a cheap china knockoff which will never work right, assuming it ever works at all, which is unlikely. So don't waste your time on china garbage if thats the case.

You can probably fix the original carb if you try. Good luck and keep us posted if you can.

Welcome! You came to the right place. I hope you have your old carburetor.
The main thing with non-OEM carbs is that they don’t fit right. The throttle cable is too short or too long, the choke cable binds, etc.

The old carb can be cleaned and rebuilt—replace the choke plunger too—with a reputable kit supplier. You will need a service manual.

All I can offer is the same advice as above, clean the old (assuming it’s OEM) carb and fit a rebuild kit or look on powersportsnation.com for a used OEM carb.

I won’t and never will recommend and eBay or Amazon carb. We see folks all the time joining here with questions relating to China (eBay/Amazon) carbs, and this is the gospel truth here... 90% of those carbs never work. China haven’t mastered the art of building carburettors yet!

Rebuild your old OEM carb, we’ll help you if you get stuck along the way :)
