Have a 2012 honda 420 foot shift 4x4 took that motor out and changed the timing chain bike set outside for about 4 months and i just put the motor back in it and no when i turn the key on everything turns on but my fuel pump and it has no spark and the kill swich is disconnected to

Neutral sensor? Battery charge low or battery scrap?
