What is the full model number? No such thing as a TRX2002z...

Have you owned this bike for a long time or did you just get it? Was it dead when you got it?

Do you have a good multimeter?

Do you have a copy of the service manual? You can get a free copy in the manuals section of these forums if you haven't gotten one yet. You'll need it to diagnose your issue.

What is the brand and model of your multimeter if I may ask? We need to know whether it is capable or not.

Got a copy of the service manual that you can read as we go (on a computer, not a phone), or no?

Tell me which of those parts you named off are not 100% OEM Honda?

Are the wiring harnesses (and plugs) in excellent condition? Or are there splices, repairs or other modifications done to them anywhere?

Is there a good, fully charged battery installed in the bike?

These are all relevant questions we gotta know the truth about before beginning.

Do you have an OEM coil?

Tell me more about the wires... you said they look ok... is there any hacked up plugs or splices in them? 100% original stock condition?

Is there a good, fully charged battery installed in the bike?

Is the ignition switch OEM?

If you have a 12 volt jump box just hook that up whenever we need power for a test. Don't take a battery out of another bike that you might need to start and use, because you risk frying the charging system by doing that.

Do you have an OEM coil?

Is the ignition switch OEM?

I need to ask you all of these questions because we might have to fix other things before we can expect to diagnose the ignition... follow me?

What about the ignition coil? Do you have the original OEM unit? China parts are all junk is why I ask.

What is the part number on your CDI? There were three of four different ones put on the 200SX.

Do you get a neutral light on the dash when you turn the ignition on?

Yeah I get a neutral light I have original coil I don't know which cdi is original that might be the problem they look identical but one is a little thicker than the other and have different numbers on the plug. I might have the wrong replacement cdi

Well, I'd like to help you fix the bike, but you might be wasting your time. The CDIs cannot be tested, so you'd need to know which unit is the OEM part that is specified for it.

What sort of testing have you done so far on the switches and the rest of the ignition system?

Did you follow the service manual for all of those tests? If so, what was the conclusion?
