I have a 95 Honda fourtrax 4x4 and I can't get any spark from coil. Here what I have replaced stator, pluser, soilenold, battery is new, rectifier, CdI box. All Honda parts and they are new. The wire harness had two wires burn in half and the four wheel shut down and I can't get any power to the coil . New coil as well along with new wiring harness. . Switch is good and the reverse and neutural is working correctly.Any thoughts?

Hi HH
Check out the ignition diagnostic section if you haven't already. I don't know much about the 300s. No spark eh? Sounds like you need to perform a few more continuity and resistance checks.
Stator exciter coil check? Fuel cutoff relay?

the trx300's don't have a fuel cut-off relay bro, only the old school trx350's have these :).

The 300 has no electronics on the fuel system. I have checked all the volts and amps in each of the electric components. I have power going into the Cdi box but no power at the coil. This has puzzled me, I can't find the disconnect from the cdi to the coil since most of the electrical is new. What is not new is the ignition switch and the start switch/kill switch. It has power coming to both switches and the amps are per spec of the manual. Thoughts?
Oh yeah no fuel pump no pump cutoff
Are you saying you replaced the wiring harness?? Look in the service manual there's a section in there that shows how to OHM out the harness at the CDI..I would look there first... Is it the correct CDI for the year bike???
yes, all parts was OEM Honda and all order from model number and serial number. The CDI is correct one.
is the kill switch clean and working good ?. ignition switch good and working ?.
Yes I question both switches by pass the ignition switch just to make sure and still no spark at coil. I have checked the kill switch thinking make there was a bare wire grounding out. Both switches test with omh meter spot on. I have two neutral switches coming thinking maybe one is bad. Its a long shot but I don't have much that has not been replaced.
