Got an '05 rancher 350 es. When ignition is on, all that shows on gear indicator is the dashes-static, not flashing. Gears will change with shift button, but not indicate on display. When in neutral, no green light so won't start. The angle sensor was replaced but didn't solve problem. No grounding of wires from angle sensor to the ECM. Is the ECM bad? Display? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forums. My guess would be a short or water in the display.
