Hey everyone! I'm new to the site/forum. Name's Brad. Located in Champaign, IL. I recently bought a 2004 400ex from my brother. I also ride his other 2 quads, a 2006 400ex and a 2005 450R. I am waiting for a Big bore kit in the mail for my new quad. A friend of ours ran pre-mixed gas through the 400ex and blew it up. lol so I purchased it for $400 from my brother.

I will get pics as soon as I get them put back together! lol I have a mountain of parts in my garage right now.

And yes I went with the 11:1 440 kit with the Wiseco piston.

I heard you really need to change the head bolt for the 440 kit to keep from blowing head gaskets. Welcome to the forums. Nice pic. How did that end up LOL?

lol it didnt end up well, but at least i wasnt at the bottom of the pile!

I havent yet, I have a buddy at work that rides there all the time. We usually go to the Badlands to ride, if not in the woods or fields around here.
