I sold my lt250r yesterday to a man.

I was bored on CL and look what popped up.

I bought it today, its set up for flat track, came with 12 top ends,I have 12 heads some new some used, new pistons and used pistons.

It has new reeds, itp wheels, lone star axle and a arms.
It has a Paul Turner exhaust.

It also came needing a bath very bad, runs great though.

I will make a list of every part on it and in it,some things I can't read due to the dirt, lol.

If I where to sell it it would be awhile. But riders are welcome from this forum if your ever in GA.

Wow six-Flags I haven't been there in years. We went that way the last time we went to see my Dad, my kids saw part of the park and wanted to go.

Very nice, what year is it? The '86s did not have the top speed regulations and go about 8 mph faster than the 87 and 88.

If anyone knows someone needing a complete top end for a 250r I am your man.

I am keeping one out of the 19 fresh top ends.

I have std bore x10 some are stock some are not.
I also have 3 300cc kits,5 330 and 1 350 cc kit.

I am going to keep one stock and sell the rest.

This thing is stupid fast as it is,and I love it.I do not see myself selling this baby at all.I am going to tear it down for fresh powder coating after the summer and because all my time has been with this 300ex build.

I am going to part ways with 18 complete top ends which should cover the entire purchase if not turn a small profit, lol.

I even have 3 carbs not including the one on the bike.

I am going to remove the tires from the itp wheels and run a full set off mx tires on these and put the flat track tires on a set of stock 400ex rims I have.

I love how vintage this thing is,when I have time to clean it,really clean in and take pics I will.

The a arms and axle are both old school lone star.I believe the swing arm is stock, not 100%

The carrier runs 6 bearings total he said and i can tell is not stock.
The shocks are old school, not stock.

I wish we had a meet where we got together to ride, because I have looked for one of these for years and lucked up,sorry if I sound like a big goofy kid but I found myself staring at it in the garage last night for hours, even talking like it could hear me about what we are going to do to it.

But I promised I would not remove any of the vintage parts for more of a modern upgrade.
