I have a 2005 honda rancher and it has been a great bike so far. However, this year I am having some trouble out of it. I first had to clean out the carb to get the fuel to stop leaking out of the overflow. Then I put a new battery in it and it decided to change to kilometers per hour with my odometer and hours counter maxed out and displaying all 9s. Has anyone else had this problem or maybe know if I need to replace the computer on it?

Maybe there's a reset button somewhere? I'm not real fond on Utes.

I tried to find a reset button on the unit, but couldn't find one anywhere. Then I was thinking it may have a small internal battery on the circuit board to help counters remember the info even with the battery disconnected. I took the whole think apart and couldn't find anything.

I have the owners manual but it doesn't say anything about the issue. I think I will just have to order a new CPU for it
