I have done replaced bearings seals checked the shocks all nuts made sure everything is tight. While I was changing the bearings I checked the whole frontend and did not see anything wrong but the left side is not as hign ?

Welcome to the forums. I don't know what could be wrong unless something is bent.

Welcome to the forums. You will probably have better luck by posting your question in the "Performance Modifications" section. There are a few guys on here that have modded 250X that can help you.
