Hello,
And welcome to the group. I only have a winch on the front and have never even thought about needing one on the rear of my bike. Just use a tow rope hooked onto the receiver hitch if you need to pull somebody. Winches are not recommended by their manufacturers for use as a tow hitch.
Rear view mirror? I would never see a need for it. Roof? Me, probably not.
