I am not new , but have not been on for a couple of years and could not log in under my old name (starmac)
I do not saavy computers so well so had a kid register for me . lol
Now I am just seeing if this works, I tried to reply to a thread and it didn't work.

I like computers but I don’t like how they are programmed nowadays. Back in the days computer didn’t tell me how to spell, autogenerate things that rile me up, and try to sell me stuff I don’t need.

This site uses "case sensitive" passwords. Be sure you are using capital letters and/or symbols exactly the way you did it in the beginning.
For example - abcde*xyz will not work if you type AbCde*XYZ.

Also, you can go to the Sign In box, enter your original user name, starmac, and click the "Forgotten Password" button. If you have the same email address you used when you first registered, a email will be sent to you with instructions on how to set a new password. Unfortunately, you cannot retrieve your old password, so you'll have to select a new one. At least you get to keep your same user name!

i'd have to check into it , but its not many. you must make so many post, and a certain amount of time ( days ) has to go by.

Thanks Shadetree, I remember signing up on a forum that needed more letters than my usual password, this may or may not be it. Other than that one I have only ever used 2 passwords and neither of them fly here.
