help! have a Rincon 05 650 4x4 front end making a loud clicking like metal noise when moving or turning , I change the right cv axle thought that was it the boot was broke, also change the upper and lower ball joints ,and change the tie rods both sides, and change the wheel bearing both sides, change the gear oil front and rear, just seen the 4 wheel drive was on so put it on 2 wheel drive it wont move but will move on 4 wheel drive .

Welcome! First, I would stop immediately changing/chasing what you think it is. To narrow down what might be the issue, I would get the unit off the ground using jack stands and gently/safely with a friend explore all angles of what is occurring in the front/back.

Try the troubleshooting section of the service manual. On a manual 4x4 I’d look at the transfer case or drive shaft but your unit is a bit more complex

I would guess something stripped in or going to the rear axle
