Hi Everyone, I just became a Honda owner of a 2019 Rancher 420 IRS in Michigan. Had only rode it twice and my rear cv boot took a stick thru it ,was glad Dealer repaired it no charge. So i just ordered Ricochet skid plates and cv boot covers. I did do some research and i chose these just wondering if anyone has them .

Welcome to the forum! I bought a 2019 rancher 420 back in Jan. so far I like it,just need to ride it more,this will change once hunting season starts.

I don't have that skid plate but from what I've read I think you made a wise choice. That 3/16-inch 5052 H-32 aluminum should take care of most rough environments. Nothing is 100% guaranteed but you're probably as close as you'll get as long as you don't treat that bike like it's a tank. What the skid plate doesn't protect should be covered by your common sense. LOL
