Just a quick note to introduce myself. My name is Stephan and I’m NOT 28. More like 48. I posted earlier in a bit of a rush to get some advice on a 1988 Honda Foreman that I was going to go look at and possibly purchase. To make a long story short I passed on the bike. Too many issues. I’m sure you can find the post and read up on it.

I currently own a 2007 TRX400EX that I’ve had for at least 7 years now. It’s been a great bike! However, I’m getting older and I used to live in Texas. Now I’m in Washington State and the trails are MUCH different here. It’s no longer a track or straightaways, it’s mountain/forest climbing technical riding. A MUCH greater need for a 4X4 and an auto clutch. My left hand just gets worn out shifting all the time on the trails. However, in eastern Washington in the dunes with the sand tires it was a blast. But sadly, that’s not local so I don’t go there very often.

I’m hoping to find like a 1986-1988 Honda Foreman 350 thats in pretty good shape to help me naviagate the mountainous terrain and trails. I may or may not sell my 400EX after I find one. I’ll probably keep it until I at least wring out the new 4X4.

Anyway, thanks!
