Hello everyone, I am a new member from Colorado. glad to be on this site.
Question I have for you atv riders who has winches. I am shopping around for a Winch for my 2006 honda rancher es 350, I know the Warn winches are the farari's but way out of my league on the price. Besides the Warn user out there, what do you guys have and how does it perform for you? and with winches with .9 HP and above will that be enough HP for any kind of emergency usage?

my purpose for the winch: using for snow plow, or any 911 I may have in the future. LOL

Any information and advice is greatly appreciated.

I recommend at least 2000 lbs, my 1500 is not enough for my Rancher.

Yes, I have heard good things but don't know anyone with first hand exp.

Agree^^ Mine is a 2500# and never had any issues power wise.

I bought a Warn...still waiting on the mounts though. Should be in by Thursday. If I have time, I'll do an installation write-up.
