Hi!,
My wife & I bought a couple of used 250EX's last year: a 2001 and 2002. We're new to the sport for the most part, but so far, have had a blast with the quads.
We paid $2700 for both of them. The 2002 was ridden a LOT, according to the repair shop. We took them both in last year for service, and they found that the 2002 needed the cam chain tensioner replaced. This year, we put on 2 new seats, new rear tires, and I think we're pretty well set. For about $4000, we've got 2 reliable quads that I hope we can have fun with and learn on!! They run like a top---not a miss in either one of them.
Anyway, it's nice to meet everyone!! We love our Hondas. :happy2:
