Since you said shoes, I'm going to assume drum brakes. You bled the brakes, but are the slave cylinders frozen? Remove the drum, squeeze the brakes, and see if the shoes move out. When you squeeze the lever, is it firm or mushy?Ok thx,Was thinking that it would have a hard time but,a friends said he ran them fine.Knowing my luck as soon as i bolted them on the axles would break,one more question front brakes are not grabbing.Shoes are in good shape,was bleeding them yesterday and no air as far as i can tell.rear brake cables are frozen,
Still have air in the system. If you're not using a vacuum bleeder, try one.thx for the welcomes,shoes are adjusted up,lever is mushy.
