[1990Blue]

just dug out my fourtrax (1990 300 4x4) and want to fix it up and maybe put a lift on it. this forum looks like its full of good info/advice. its been sitting in my basement for 3yrs + thing started right up (had to kick, battery was dead when i parked it) I've seen that pretty much no one makes lift kits for 88-91 fourtrax, I've found this one, only lifts 1.5in312 and was hopeing someone could give a review of it "perfex lift kit" (not the long travel kit)
Also i want to get some new tires and wheels (need to it has the original on it) any recomendations, mostly just trail riding in Maine.
One more thing, has anyone seen a disk brake conversion kit for a 88-91 fourtrax 4x4 cause the front brakes are an unreconizable ball of non responsive rust. thanks in advance -Nick-

Here is a conversion kit for the '92-'99. I don't see why it wouldn't fit the '90 model, though, but you would have to have 12 inch rims. I would call and ask them if it would fit.

Yeah, that's why I posted that link. I remembered seeing the post about the conversion kit and I remembered SuperATV was a supporting member. Not only that, but it's a way better deal, too.

welcome to the family im still working on my lift i have the brackets cut just need to align holes and drill them buy new longer bolts and try and bolt it up i went with 5/8 flat iron (it was free and i cant break it) then ill prime it paint it and bolt it on and see if it works.
