Welcome aboard and a bunch of great folks here passionate about Honda machine
You certainly got a nice unit and as a comment, I would do a complete shake down of the unit to establish a baseline: change all fluids (quality/approved oils, differential, etc., air filter, spark plug, adjust valves, lubricate all cables) and check the brakes. I would go ahead and add a battery tender to the battery and plug it in. If there is no problem with the carburetor, I would source non-ethanol fuel for it and add a stabilizer, because units tend to sit a bit longer than you realize and it will preventative for potential downstream fuel related problems..
