Hello from Alaska. Ive owned a few different Hondas from a Trail90 when I was a kid to what I have now: an 1988 fourtrax 300 4x2 and a new 2017 Rancher 420 4x4. My last new machine was a 2016 Polaris Sportsman 570. Well, long story short, I sold it and started looking for a new one a few weeks ago.. I looked at new Can Ams, Yamahas and even a Coleman sxs but I stuck with what I know works. I use my wheelers mainly for hunting but also whatever job I need to do. The '88 has been my snowplow for years and it just keeps on pushing, even though its a 4x2..I just bought the Rancher last week so I dont have anything for it accessory-wise yet. Ill be getting a winch and a few other things before hunting season rolls around. Im looking forward to learning even more than I have from this site. Anyway, thanks for checking out this post, stay tuned as I add stuff to the Rancher in the coming days and weeks.

Thanks, everyone! we have quite a bit more snow than usual. maybe 3.5 ft as opposed to the normal 1.5 or so. cant wait for spring!

Welcome and I too am curious... I used to sell Polaris so I can prolly guess... but like to hear other people's real world experiences!!!

Welcome to the forums ! Thanks for the pics, I'm liking that hand crank winch , i have a sim model on my trailer, i OP for a two speed hand crank, it been real handy, I've had to drag my hole rig (300 n trailer sideways with it before.
