Hi every one. This is my first time ever posting anything to a forum (hope I'm doing this right.)
I have a 2006 Rancher 350 and and at a loss. Went to start it the other day and the LED shifter light is flashing and it won't let me shift it. The only way I can shift it is to turn the bike off, restart it and shift immediately before the LED starts flashing.
Anyone have any thoughts? I am very mechanically challenged, however my husband is the grease monkey in the family. I can take it to the shop if needed, but was hoping that he & his quad buddies could make it work.
Thanks everyone for your help!

The flashing lights should be giving you an error code. I know the angle sensors are notorious for going out.

Code #2 is shift switches "up/down" buttons .. I would check the plug from the buttons , clean & re-grease with dielectric grease ..
