Hi all,

I have an 08-420 that decided to not start one morning, I'm assuming it's the fuel pump. I have spark and no blinking lights or dashes. I tested the fuel pump connector and I get voltage for a few seconds when the ignition is turned on. I pulled the fuel line off at the injector and nothing comes out when the ignition is turned on.The pump doesn't appear to be making any noise and I can't feel any vibration in it when I flip the ignition on.

do I need to check anything else before I swap the pump out for a new one?

I would think if you removed the fuel pump, the dealership should be able to test it.

Ya, I thought frozen fuel line myself but thawed it out in a buddy's garage overnight. It's nice to have friend with heated garages up here!

I'll pull it off and get it checked out.
Has anybody heard if this is a common thing with these machines? I do a far bit of back road riding in the summer and I'd hate to see this go in the bush!
