This is the new 250 donor quad being pulled apart for the engine. Picked it up from Cornwall, UK, as you can see, it's spent a lot of time on the beach!

Haha.. As much as it pains me to throw out ATV parts this frame is definitely scrap the only two things with no rot are the steering column and the swing arm/driveshaft tube. The rest is terrible.
Good thing is the axle isn't to rotten which is a bonus and the engine is in pretty good condition to swap into the mrs' 250. Just has a minor tick/rattle.

Yeh they are quite fast aren't they! I was surprised when I test rode the better 250 I have, had bags of power too for a 250 I thought.
