I have a Honda rancher 420 2008 I replaced the brakes and now the wheel wont spin Freeley any help how to fix?

My guess is your shoes are not adjusted properly. Redo the adjustment procedure

Goober is correct, the adjustment needs to be reset. A simple way to adjust, put one hand on rear rack and with the other hand turn those wingnuts above the rear brake counter clockwise while slightly rocking/moving the unit with the other hand, so you can feel the difference between moving freely vs. binding.

rear brakes or front brakes ?, guessing, front brakes ?. make sure the master cylinder is not stopped up on the return line hole ?. under round black rubber plug, very tiny hole. when they stop up from not having clean brake fluid in them ?, the brakes won't release.
