Goober makes a great point....... When i 1st joined .......i was one of those who kind of stood back..... BUT...... Once i became more active ........ You fellas made me feel like this place was home, IT IS NOW....THANK YOU ALL, AND ...... I feel as tho I've made some really great friends here, plus the advise I've gotten is TOP NOTCH!I would like to see more posts, votes and monthly entries by the less active members.
I have to agree with you 100%, FB does seem to attract the ‘red neck’ builds as fish calls them lol. There are some knowledgeable folk on there and I often wonder how they put up with the constant stupid questions, such as repeat questions which have already been answered but they can’t be bothered to read through the thread. Much more sensible folk on forums, usually.I prefer the forum over facebook groups. I believe facebook is good for selling/trading stuff but for the technical issues and seeing a build from start to finish nothing beats the forum. I'm pretty active member I think, I'm not the most knowledgeable but I do know a little. LOL
perhaps some join only to solve their own problem..When someone new joins .... have a look at their 'Member Number'.
Where are all those folks preceding the new member ?
It's real quiet around here sometimes ....
It just might be the right time to start a new 'best' tire or oil thread !
ps. Where's my favorite emoji ..... rasta dude ?
Thread starter: What's the 'best' emoji ? :big-grin
