welcome to the site, and MOST guys selling ATV's today LIE thru there teeth, and DON"T disclose things they know are wrong or they did to it!
very few folks honestly sell GREAT condition atv's, all the more so older one's they don't owe any money on, there older and in good running condition, they really don';t need to sell them if they had them this long
they tend to sell when problems become too often, and they don't wish to deal with them, OR they sank the atv and want to bail while its still running. and then make up lies about this or that for WHY selling
buying used is and will always be a gamble, where more guys seem to loose than win, , and all the more so in how folks use atv's these days!
