replacing the broken bullet/barrel connectors.

I broke mine too. took broken piece to the local hardware store–think it’s a 16-18 guage–i did have to spread the connector out to get it to fit the switch connection. Use a tiny punch or screwdriver.

You can tin the wire with solder and then solder the connector to the wire. Or you can crimp it–but most people don’t have proper crimp tools.

You don’t have to remove the switch but Be careful with that switch–you need a thin wall 7mm socket to remove or you will crack the insulator!!

Will help greatly to jack up quad so you’re not wadded up on the floor doing this.

I now see that its a short harness. I have the harness removed now. Anybody have one for sale off a parts bike? I see they are no longer available
you may try, powersportsnation, for used, i think?
