I have watched every video to be watched about cam chain tensioning I even phoned my local Honda dealership and the mechanic says there’s a bolt with an adjusting screw on the cylinder or crankcase but I haven’t found one yet, I see the bolt on my ct90 but it’s not there on trx 125 manual says there’s a bolt beside the oil drain plug with spring and rod to tension cam chain but the engine sounds like clackety clack when it runs and I’m too scared to pull the bolt out because I don’t know what will happen so please help me ASAP.

Your chain is probably stretched. I don't believe that there is an adjustment for the tensioner. It works like a hydraulic pushrod if I recall.
